    Please read these Terms carefully before using EximCheck.ai. By submitting a compliance check request, you agree to these Terms.
  

1. About EximCheck.ai

EximCheck.ai is an AI-powered advisory platform that helps individuals and businesses understand India's import and export trade compliance requirements — including HSN codes, BIS certification, customs duty rates, and DGFT trade policy.

EximCheck.ai is operated from India and is accessible globally. Our service is available to anyone worldwide who needs guidance on trading with India.

2. The Service

EximCheck.ai provides:

AI-generated compliance reports delivered via WhatsApp
Information on HSN classification, BIS mandatory certification, import/export status, customs duty, and documentation requirements
Advisory summaries in plain English for non-experts

Important: Reports generated by EximCheck.ai are for informational and advisory purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, a legal compliance certificate, or a customs ruling. Always verify critical decisions with a licensed Customs House Agent (CHA) or legal professional before importing or exporting goods.

3. Plans and Pricing

EximCheck.ai offers the following plans:

STARTER

Free

1 basic compliance report per month per phone number. Import/Export status only.

STARTER PACK

₹299

5 full compliance reports. HSN + BIS + Duty + Documents. No expiry.

PRO

₹1,999/mo

Unlimited reports. PDF download. Report history. Policy alerts.

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to active paid subscribers.

4. Free Tier Usage Limits

Free tier users are entitled to 1 compliance report per phone number per calendar month. Limits reset automatically on the 1st of each month. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are currently transacted via WhatsApp with our team. By making payment you agree to the selected plan terms.

Refund policy: Unused reports in the ₹299 Starter Pack are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no reports have been consumed. Pro plan subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Refund requests can be made via hello@eximcheck.ai.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep our compliance data current and accurate. However:

India's trade policy, BIS mandatory lists, duty rates, and DGFT notifications change frequently
AI-generated reports may contain errors or omissions
EximCheck.ai is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on our reports without independent verification

Data in our system is accurate as of May 2025. Always cross-check with official sources: dgft.gov.in, bis.gov.in, icegate.gov.in.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our service for unlawful purposes or to facilitate illegal trade
Attempt to circumvent usage limits through fake phone numbers or automation
Resell or redistribute our reports without written permission
Use automated bots or scripts to submit bulk queries
Misrepresent our reports as official government compliance certificates

8. Intellectual Property

All content on EximCheck.ai — including the website design, branding, system prompts, and AI report format — is owned by EximCheck.ai. Reports generated for you are for your personal or business use only and may not be commercially redistributed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EximCheck.ai and its operators shall not be liable for:

Any customs duty miscalculation or incorrect HSN classification in AI-generated reports
Goods seized, fined, or rejected at port based on our advisory reports
Loss of business, revenue, or profit arising from reliance on our service
Service downtime, delays in WhatsApp delivery, or technical errors

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the month in which the claim arose.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

EximCheck.ai is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. WhatsApp Communication

By providing your WhatsApp number, you consent to receive your compliance report and relevant service communications via WhatsApp. Standard message rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to EximCheck.ai for any user who violates these Terms, abuses the free tier, or engages in fraudulent activity, without prior notice or refund.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify active paid subscribers of material changes via WhatsApp.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal action.
